The verification of email addresses can also be undertaken prior to the distribution of invitations. This details bad email addresses and transient accounts which are contained in a given list. At its conclusion, emails are split into separate lists depending on the status of each address and a full verification report is provided.
Please note: lists of emails provided for distribution must satisfy Australian laws regarding privacy and anti-spam. That is, persons included on a list must have their full name provided and should have agreed to receive emails from the company or organisation supplying the list. All emails distributed by i-Link include the ability for recipients to 'unsubscribe' and to 'refuse to participate'.

| Email management for live groups can also include an automated group booking and RSVP system. Simply, respondents agreeing to participate in a group are able to automatically provide an RSVP to their invitation. These people can then be sent further reminders or information on their group as required. In addition, you can remotely view the bookings, refusals and non-replies for your project at any time. |
